Chang Buri Resort & Koh Chang Hillside, Koh Chang

I had an absolutely beautiful stay at this hotel. The views were stunning, especially during breakfast when looking out over the sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and made my experience even more enjoyable. My room was clean and spacious, though it did have a damp smell that cleared up a bit with the A/C. The amenities were great for families, with a cozy pool that was perfect for the kids. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety and the experience was slightly marred by a housekeeping incident towards the end of my stay.

The hotel's location is convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but just a heads-up, there’s no beach on-site—though you can access the sea. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety, particularly for those who prefer more than just toast and cereal.

The hotel is situated close to the sea and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. I had a comfortable hillside room with a nice water view, and the breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. However, I believe some areas lack cleanliness and maintenance, which detracted from the overall experience. The resort could use some improvements to reach its potential.
